DGF Yellow presents an authentic French pastry cream mix with a rich, smooth flavor. Easy to prepare, one-step pastry cream mix in powder form. Add cold water or milk, freeze-thaw and bake-stable.
Add 400g (14 oz) instant custard powder to 1 liter (34 oz) of cold water. Mix on low until the powder is completely dissolved and then on high for 3 minutes or until the pastry cream is smooth and shiny. Let pastry cream set for 10 minutes prior to working with or serving.
