Ordering Confirmation
An order confirmation will be faxed or emailed shortly after receipt of a purchase order. Please review the confirmation for accuracy and report any discrepancie to Customer Service. |
Payment Terms and Credit
2%10, net 11 from the date of the invoice. All initial orders must be prepaid. Customers that wish to establish credit may complete and submit an IFI credit application. Credit applications are available for download on our website at www.ifigourmet.com our call (847) 855-7400 to request an application. Please allow 2 business days for processing. |
Shipping
The shipping point for dry goods and chocolate products is Gurnee, Illinois; and Chicago, Illinois for frozen goods. Orders for dry goods and chocolate may be combined on a single Purchase Order, but orders for frozen goods require separate Purchase Orders. Delivered pricing is available upon customer request; please contact your Business Manager or our Customer Service Team at (847) 855-7400. All delivered orders are shipped via LTL Common Carrier.
IFI will ship selected products via FedEx or UPS at customer request. Additional charges apply for handling FedEx and UPS shipments. IFI will determine the most appropriate shipping method for FedEx and UPS shipments based upon the weather and customer delivery requirements. We may be required to pack chocolate products with thermal packaging and refrigerants during warm months. International Foods & Ingredients, Inc. cannot guarantee products shipped via UPS or FedEx will arrive free of damage. |
Receiving and Order
Please inspect all shipments for damage prior to accepting or signing for a delivery. Refuse delivery of any damaged cartons or packages with the carrier. International Foods & Ingredients, Inc. cannot be responsible for damage that is received and signed for by a customer. |
Returns
Prior to returning product please contact our office, or your sales representative to discuss the specific situation. We will not accept any returned product without prior notification. |
