Dark chocolate icing with an intense black color, balanced and delicate flavor and a smooth glossy texture. Ready-to-use and simple to apply to cakes, plated desserts, pastries, cream puffs (choux) and ice cream.

Directions for suggested use:
Warm in a microwave or bain-marie at 140/150°F (60/65°C). Stir gently with a spatula to prevent air bubbles. Do not dilute. Dip, spread and smooth using a palette knife in a quick movement or pour on a still-frozen dessert.
