Defrosting/Handling Tips:
Always remove shrink-wrap prior to defrosting. Whole pie: Under refrigeration: 8 - 10 hours or overnight. Due to the delicate nature of the white chocolate mousse, defrosting a whole Irish Cream Bash at room temperature is not recommended. If you have underestimated your level of business and need to defrost frozen product quickly| it is better to defrost ¼ or ½ pies, with slices separated, either under refrigeration or at room temperature depending on time needed (see below). Be sure to put defrosted slices back in the cooler. Plated Slices: Under refrigeration: 1 hour Room Temperature: 30 - 45 minutes
